Who We Are

An AI company built by people who ran the businesses we now build for

CirkaFlow builds AI products for insurers and financial institutions. We're not a general-purpose AI shop that happens to take insurance clients — this is where roughly 80% of our work lives, and where our founders spent their careers before CirkaFlow existed.

That focus is the point. We don't arrive to learn the regulatory weight, the legacy systems, or the way a claims team actually works — we've operated inside all three. It's the difference between an AI vendor explaining your business back to you and a partner who already speaks it.

But knowing the business is only half of it. The deeper failure we keep seeing isn't technical — it's organizational: AI platforms get built by IT, in isolation from the people meant to earn from them, and the gap between the two never closes. So we don't just deliver a product. We change how the business itself thinks about AI — until spotting where it earns becomes something your team does on its own, not something they wait for us to do.
